Strategic Planning
Process: I start by asking questions and listening. I work with the executive team to understand their goals, objectives and vision for the company. I talk with key individuals to determine what issues and opportunities are most urgent. Then I work with the team tasked with strategic planning. As a team we come together and agree on key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats while considering the economy, market, competition, customer, employees, etc. As a team we create a concise strategic action plan for moving the organization forward.

Deliverable: A strategic plan of action that is developed by the team
